Adding Addendums To a Completed Report
Adding Addendums To Your Completed Report on The Website

Select your completed report.

Click Report Actions and then select Addendums.

Click Add New Addendum.

Add your written comments and attach photos. Once this has been done, click Add.

To view the Addendums on the report, simply re-generate the PDF. Addendums are presented on the final page of the report.
You can only add Addendums up to 60 days after the report has been complete.
