How To Cancel Your Subscription or Delete Your Account

If You're Subscribed To a Standard Plan and Pay Via Card and Want To Cancel Your Subscription:

Only the Account Owner can access the billing page and make changes to a subscription.

Log in to the HelloReport website.

Go to Account > Settings.

Go to Billing > Monthly plan.

Click Cancel SubscriptionPlease read the disclaimer before proceeding.

Type CONFIRM to agree to the cancellation.

How to Cancel Your Subscriptions or Delete Your Account Image

If You Are Subscribed To An Enterprise Plan and Pay Via Direct Debit:

Please contact the customer success team via live chat for assistance.

After you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to use HelloReport until your current billing cycle ends and we'll not attempt to take another payment from you. Once the cycle ends, you'll only be able to log in if you renew your subscription. After 30 days, we'll delete all your data from the system including reports, stored photos and PDFs, which cannot be undone.
